Gabriel Technologies Signs Agreement With North America’s Leading Trailer Parts and Accessories Distributor

Aurora Parts & Accessories to Resell WAR-LOK™ Trucking Security Products
Omaha, Neb - August 8, 2005 - Gabriel Technologies Corp (OTC Bulletin Board: GWLK), a homeland security company focused on serving the transportation industry, has announced an agreement with Aurora Parts & Accessories to resell Gabriel’s WAR-LOK™ trucking security product line through a nationwide network of independent dealers, repair shops and original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s) branches.

Aurora offers one of the broadest and largest lines of high-quality trailer parts for the transportation industry throughout United States and Canada. Aurora partners with a nationwide network of more than 300 dealers, repair shops and OEM branches to provide rapid availability of aftermarket trailer parts anywhere in the United States and Canada.

Aurora is the exclusive distributor of Wabash® National aftermarket parts, as well as a distributor of Fruehauf®, DuraPlate® and Pro-Par® products. Aurora also provides an extensive “all-makes” parts inventory for all brands and types of trailers.

The roll-out date is scheduled for August 15, 2005. Under the agreement, Gabriel’s t-Series WAR-LOK physical security line will be sold through Aurora’s distribution network, including the WAR-LOK TAB-10 (truck air brake lock), WAR-LOK TGH-10 (trailer glad hand lock), WAR-LOK TKP-10 (trailer king pin lock), WAR-LOK TL-10 (trailer rear door lock) and the WAR-LOK line of padlocks.

The WAR-LOK also will be featured at Aurora Parts & Accessories independent dealership showroom floors with display stands as well as the part departments.
