Gabriel Technologies Says It Will File Forms 10K SB and 10Q SB By November 15

Omaha, NE, October 28, 2005 - Gabriel Technologies Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: GWLK/GWLKE), a homeland security company focused on serving the transportation industry, said today that it plans to file the company’s 10K SB for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005 and the 10Q SB for the first fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2005 by November 15. 

The company previously said it had delayed filing its 10K SB while awaiting an outside evaluation with respect to its patents and technology.
