GABRIEL TECHNOLOGIES INKS DEAL WITH GINONT DISTRIBUTION
Agreement to Expand Canadian Distribution of WAR-LOK Cargo Security Line

Omaha, Neb, March 30, 2005 – Gabriel Technologies Corp (NASD OTCBB: GWLK), founders of the WAR-LOK™ transportation security product line, has signed an agreement with Ginont Distribution Ltd. of Exeter, Ontario, to further expand its reach into the Canadian truck transportation market.

The agreement will allow Gabriel access to Ginont’s customer base – the largest warehouse distributors and truck dealerships in Canada. In return, Ginont customers will have Gabriel’s WAR-LOK™ product line available to create a complete solution for the security needs of the transportation industry.
