TMCA RECOGNIZES GABRIEL TECHNOLOGIES CORP FOR OUTSTANDING MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

(MINNEAPOLIS, May 16, 2005) — Omaha-based Gabriel Technologies Corp (OTCBB: GWLK) was the recipient of two awards for Single Advertisement and Audio Visual at the Transportation Marketing & Communications Association (TMCA) 2005 "Tranny" Awards.
The awards program recognizes organizations in North American transportation and logistics that have created an effective strategic marketing or communications program. Tranny recipients were honored at a formal banquet May 3, during TMCA's Annual Conference and Educational forum at The Registry Resort in Naples, Fla.

“The Tranny awards program is important because it raises the standards of professionalism and marketing effectiveness in our industry,” according to Tom Nightingale, vice president of corporate marketing for Schneider National and chairperson of the 2005 Tranny awards program. “This is a coveted awards program that plays a meaningful role in raising the bar in the industry’s marketing and communications disciplines.”

This year, TMCA received a record number of entries totaling more than 200 from 57 organizations.

Entries in this year's competition qualified if they focused on organizational marketing or communication within the freight or passenger transit industries, and were produced for primary use from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2004.
