Technologies Corporation (PINK SHEETS: GWLK)
On July 27, 2004, Gabriel Technologies Corporation or "Gabriel"
completed a stock exchange with an Omaha based company. Pursuant
to the exchange agreement, Gabriel Technologies Corporation issued
10,000,000 (ten million) shares of its common stock to acquire
Gabriel Technologies, LLC. The common shares of the company are
currently traded on the "pink sheets" under the symbol
GWLK. Gabriel intends to move to the OTCBB upon the filing of
the 10-K registration with the Security & Exchange Commission.
Gabriel Technologies Corporation, through its new wholly owned
subsidiary, previously acquired, developed and continues to develop
proprietary technology for, and manufactures and sells, a series
of physical locking systems collectively known as the "WAR-LOK"
Security System for the transportation/shipping industry. In addition
to the WAR-LOK Security System, Gabriel has established Trace
Location Services ("Trace Service") through its subsidiary,
Trace Technologies, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company
("Trace LLC"). Trace Location Services will provide
enhanced location services to devices supporting Trace LLC’s
license of the Qualcomm’s SnapTrack assisted-GPS technology.
