Omaha, Neb, March 23, 2005 – Gabriel Technologies Corp (NASD OTCBB: GWLK), founders of the WAR-LOK™ transportation security product line, has purchased majority interest in Transportation Solutions, Risk Management & Safety Consultants Ltd. (TRSC) to provide quality logistic, risk elimination and injury reduction products within the transportation industry.

The deal will expand Gabriel’s product offerings to include the industry knowledge of TRSC’s problem solving experts. This match of Gabriel’s state-of-the-art products with TRSC’s 90 plus years of transportation logistics expertise will set an industry standard, providing complete solution shopping for transportation companies to develop a comprehensive plan to reduce their risk exposure by eliminating service delays (which become theft opportunities), developing safety programs that work and by reducing the negative impact the cost of risk has on the bottom line.

The two founding principals for TRSC, Bob Bonnett and Harry Cafcules have extensive experience in the transportation industry. Bonnett has been a Logistics Executive with extensive and diverse experience in the transportation industry. His background includes operations, sales, safety, risk-management, business development and project management. Cafcules has been with three class 1 railroads through his career and is certified as a Hazardous Material instructor in the rail and trucking industry. He has been Director of Terminal Operations and Safety in the intermodal industry throughout his 30 year career.
