Gabriel Technologies Announces Distribution Contract With VIPAR Heavy Duty

Omaha, Neb, June 8, 2005 – Gabriel Technologies Corp (OTCBB: GWLK), a homeland security focused company serving the transportation industry, announced today that VIPAR Heavy Duty has been appointed as lead distributor of Gabriel’s patented WAR-LOK™ physical security transportation product line.

Based in Crystal Lake, IL, VIPAR Heavy Duty is North America’s leading network of aftermarket truck parts wholesale distributors with over 700 locations across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. The combined VIPAR Heavy Duty stockholders (distributors) sell in excess of $1 billion in parts to the heavy duty truck industry annually. VIPAR Heavy Duty is a privately held company that has posted successive years of double-digit growth.

Keith Feilmeier, president and CEO of Gabriel Technologies Corp, said, “The continued success of our modified business model has been to identify potential distribution companies within the transportation industry and partner with these market leaders to further the reach and sales of our WAR-LOK™ product line. We chose VIPAR Heavy Duty to be the major distributor of the WAR-LOK™ product line to the U.S. market based on their proven history and market presence. Our goal is to account for 1% of annual sales for VIPAR Heavy Duty over the next year.”

Under the terms of the two-year agreement, VIPAR Heavy Duty will distribute the WAR-LOK™ t-Series (trucking) and the WAR-LOK™ i-Series (intermodal) product lines.
